Graff G-4830 Bollero Kitchen Faucet with Pulldown Spray

The faucet pull-down doesn't have a spray feature, even though the box said it does. The pulldown just delivers a stream, and the weight on the metal hose is too light to cause the faucet to retract automatically. At my plumber's suggestion, I sent a request immediately to Graff asking them to send me two more weights - one for each of the faucets I purchased. In addition, even when I push the faucet back up, it doesn't connect perfectly, so there's a small gap. On the positive side, the faucet is very heavy and my plumber said it was well-made.
